MANSFIELD — Below are criminal court cases which have been resolved in Richland County Common Pleas Court in recent months.

The list is comprised of any case for which Richland Source has published as an indictment, stories which first began publishing here last February.

October

— Lamonte Miller, 30, was sentenced to two to three years in prison for aggravated possession of drugs, to be served consecutive to their current prison term and a 12-month sentence for an amended charge of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Miller also received 18 months to three years of mandatory post-release control and was granted two days of jail credit for time already served at the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.

— James W. Walden, 36, was sentenced to two to three years in prison for aggravated trafficking in drugs, to be served consecutive to their current prison term and a 36-month sentence for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility. An aggravated possesion of drugs charge was dismissed. Walden also received 18 months to three years of mandatory post-release control and was granted one day of jail credit for time already served at RCSO.

January

— Clay Eddington, 32, received 30 months of community control for aggravated possession of drugs. Eddington must pay $40 to the Mansfield Police Department crime lab and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Antron Robinson, 44, was sentenced to nine months in prison for assault. Robinson was granted six days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and received one to three years of mandatory post-release control.

— Justin Arsenault, 41, received a 12-month prison sentence for possession of cocaine, to be served concurrent with a six-month jail sentence for domestic violence. An additional domestic violence charge was dismissed, as well as a charge of disrupting public services. Arsenault was granted 110 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and is subject to up to two years of post-release control. He must also pay $40 to the MPD crime lab.

— Cassandra Pack, 37, was sentenced to 48 months of community control for unauthorized use of a vehicle. Pack must also make restitution in the amount of $4,995 and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— James Bishop, 53, received a 30-month prison sentence for merged counts of intimidation and extortion, to be served consecutive to a 36-month sentence for extortion, as well as his current prison sentence. Bishop also received one to three years of mandatory post-release control.

— Jillian Riggenbach, 43, received a 12-month prison sentence for an assault charge. She was granted 196 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

In a separate case, Riggenbach was sentenced to 36 months of community control for two charges; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility and possession of cocaine. Riggenbach is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Abubaker Salih, 27, received 36 months of community control for improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, including a forfeiture specification of a weapon. Salih is subject to up to two years of post-release control. Two charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them, were dismissed.

— Elgie Knighten, 62, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for trafficking in cocaine, to be served concurrently with two 12-month sentences — one for possession of a fentanyl-related compound and the other for aggravated possession of drugs, which included a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case. Knighten must pay $280 to the MPD crime lab. Knighten was granted 130 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and is subject to up to two years of post-release control. A possession of cocaine charge was dismissed, along with three forfeiture specifications.

— Marina Ramey, 33, received 36 months of community control for charges of possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Ramey is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Joseph Montgomery, 48, was sentenced to 48 months of community control for seven charges; possession of cocaine (2 counts), possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs (2 counts) and possession of a fentanyl-related compound (2 counts). Montgomery must pay $35 to the Ohio State Highway Patrol crime lab and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Daylonta Flint, 25, received 36 months of community control for possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Flint was also fined $250 and is subject to up to two years of post-release control. Flint must pay $40 to the MPD crime lab.

— Ralph Brown, 43, was sentenced to 36 months of community control for possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Brown must pay $40 to the MPD crime lab and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— David Hanners, 35, received 48 months of community control for possession of cocaine. Hanners is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Joseph Reed, 56, was sentenced to 48 months of community control for having weapons while under disability, including a specification for forfeiture of a weapon while under disability, and aggravated possession of drugs. He was also fined $5,000 and must pay $120 to the MPD crime lab. Reed is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Larry Bassin, 38, received 48 months of community control for  aggravated possession of drugs. Bassin is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Sumner Rowe, 45, was fined $1,000 for an amended charge of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

— Steven Cash, 34, was sentenced to 48 months of community control for aggravated possession of drugs. Cash is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

In a separate case, Cash received 48 months of community control for two charges; aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs. Cash is subject to up to two years of post-release control. He must also pay $40 to the MPD crime lab.

— Rodney Iceman, 66, received two concurrent 12-month prison sentences for two counts of possession of cocaine. Iceman must pay $80 to the MPD crime lab. He was granted 58 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

In a separate case, Iceman was sentenced to 24 months in prison for tampering with evidence, to be served concurrent with the sentence in the case above. He is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Jason Ladwig, 48, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for misuse of credit cards. Ladwig was also ordered to make restitution in the amount of $11,859.74. He was granted 58 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Eryn Campbell, 32, received 36 months of community control for two charges; trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine. Campbell was also fined $5,000 and must pay $240 to the MPD crime lab. She is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Josey Wells, 40, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, to be served concurrently with a 90-day jail sentence for resisting arrest and consecutive to a sentence in a separate case. Wells also received an 120-month drivers license suspension, which began Jan. 23. Wells was granted 113 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO and is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

In a separate case, Wells received an 18-month prison sentence for domestic violence, to be served consecutive to the above case. Wells is subject to up to two years of post-release control.

— Nakenji Powell, 21, was sentenced to 36 months of community control for an amended burglary charge. Powell was ordered to make restitution in the amount of $200 and also received one to three years of mandatory post-release control. Four of Powell’s charges were dismissed; aggravated burglary, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and assault (2 counts).

— David Greene, 40, was sentenced to up to nine years in prison for an amended charge of attempted failure to verify address. Greene also received 18 months to three years of mandatory post-release control. He was granted 65 days of jail credit for time already served at RCSO.
