BUCYRUS- North Central State College is hosting an informative Financial Aid Night on Feb. 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Crawford Success Center.

This free event is designed to provide students and families with valuable resources and guidance on navigating the financial aid process, one of the most important aspects of the college choices that many students and their families need to complete as they choose the college that’s right for them.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various financial aid options, including federal and state grants, scholarships from area foundations, work-study programs, and student loans.

Financial aid experts will be on hand to answer questions, walk through the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) application process, and offer personalized advice to families seeking assistance with funding their education.

North Central State College

North Central State is a community college that serves 3,200 students on its Mansfield campus, Kehoe Center in Shelby, and the Crawford Success Center in Bucyrus.

The College is preparing this area’s workforce by offering more than 60 bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees, and certificate programs of study, which include comprehensive technical education in health sciences, public service, business, engineering technology, and corporate/community services.

In addition to technical studies, North Central State College offers numerous associate of arts and associate of science degrees, which allow students to transfer credits to colleges and universities in the pursuit of advanced degrees.
