Stanley Wyler Newmeyer, 83, of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Kingston of Ashland.
Stanley was born August 9,1940 in Ashland to Paul and Elsie (Wyler) Newmeyer. He was a retired steelworker from Empire Steel and served as the union steward of the AFL-CIO Empire Steel Union.
On July 22, 1959, he married Patsy Joyce Shepherd, and she survives.
Along with his loving wife of 64 years, Patsy Newmeyer, Stanley is survived by three children, Melisa (Patrick) Hazlett of Mansfield, Mia Newmeyer of Anchorage, AK, and Scott (Tonya) Newmeyer of Galion; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Robert Kelley Newmeyer and Ricky Dean Newmeyer; and granddaughter, Rosie Newmeyer.
