MANSFIELD — The North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC) is excited to announce its upcoming NextGen: Leaders of Ownership Festivity, taking place tomorrow, Saturday, June 8th, at the NECIC Community Outreach Center, located at 486 Springmill St., Mansfield, OH.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is designed for young people aged 13-24 who are looking for fun activities, personal development opportunities and a chance to shape the future of Mansfield.

If you are a young person bored with the usual and seeking more excitement and meaningful events, this event is for you. Join us to be entertained, engage in inspiring conversations and connect with peers who want to make a difference.

  • Performances by entertainers: Judge whether you like or love the performances.
  • Inspiring conversations: Engage in meaningful discussions that spark ideas and inspiration.
  • Delicious food: Enjoy grilled chicken, greens, macaroni, baked beans, and more!
  • Prizes and giveaways: Win money and exciting prizes.
  • Photo opportunities: Capture memories with three differently designed backdrops.
  • Support and activities: Be entertained, heard, supported, and enjoy various fun activities.

We expect to reach capacity, so register sooner rather than later. If you need transportation, let us know during registration. If you are 17 or younger, we will follow up to provide permission forms for transportation and other necessary details.
