SHELBY — A Shelby nursing and rehabilitation facility was part of a $10.5 million property transfer recorded in October by the Richland County Recorder’s office.

Green Palms Health and Rehab Center of Shelby Propco LLC purchased the property at 225 W. Main St. from CWood Asset Ownership LLC for $10.5 million, according to Richland County property records.

According to its website, Green Palms Health and Rehab Center of Shelby is a skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation and long-term care services.

Richland Source reached out to Green Palms Health and Rehab Center by email but did not receive a response before publication. During a phone call to the facility, staff said the message would be passed along, but a comment was not available before publication.
