Paul Thomas Skeens, 86, of Mansfield , passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, surrounded with his family.
Paul was born on July 26, 1937, in Louisa, Kentucky, to Kenos (Sr) and Madeline (Rowe) Skeens. He worked at A.K. Steel Mill of Mansfield for thirty three years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors.
Paul is survived by is wife Bertha; sons, Bruce of Celina; Paul of Meadsville, PA; and step-daughter, Linda (Rodney) Mays of Mansfield, and brother Doug (Elizabeth Ann) of Fort Gay, West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents Kenos (Sr)and Madeline (Rowe) Skeens; brother Glenn Skeens; daughter Leda Jo Skeens and brother Glenn Skeens.
Sunday, June 2, 2024, calling hours will be held at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, Ohio from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Monday, June 3, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd. Pastor John Dodds will be officiating. Burial will follow at Bellville Cemetery.
