MANSIELD — Richland County Transit (RCT) is altering the bus schedule for Monday, April 8, due to the solar eclipse and related traffic concerns. 

RCT will start operations at normal times, or 6 to 7 a.m., depending on the route. 

For April 8 only, service will be suspended by noon to 1 p.m., depending on the route.

There will be no fixed route or Dial-A-Ride service from 1 to 4 p.m. 

After 4 p.m., buses will be on call for work- and medical-related returns.

Call 419-522-4504 to arrange pickup after 4 p.m. on April 8.  All routes will return to normal on April 9.
