MANSFIELD — The United Way of Richland County’s Big Red Bookshelf hosted a Big Red Bookshelf event on Monday at the Richland Carrousel Park located at 75 N Main Street in Mansfield.
The event included free books, free rides, and free cookies from Buckeye Bakery.
There was also a story time reading by Mansfield Senior High School’s National Honor Society students.
A book reading of “only one you,” along with a free copy of the book was given to each child.
This event was sponsored by United Way of Richland County and Mansfield Richland County Public Library.
United Way of Richland County is a local organization led by local people; Members of the Board of Directors and Allocation members are volunteers.
The United Way of Richland County fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in the community.
