MANSFIELD — Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (Richland SWCD) will be hosting a Conservation Creation workshop on July 11 from 6-8 p.m.
The workshop will take place at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary Education Building at 3774 Orweiler Road in Mansfield. All are invited and encouraged to attend the workshop.
Participants will be making a hammered flower notecard using natural dye from flowers to create a design. They can then keep the beautiful notecard or gift it to a loved one by adding a hand-written message to the card.
Mark Hoover from Kingwood Center Gardens will provide an interesting program on flowers. All materials for the workshop will be provided by Richland SWCD.
The cost to attend the workshop is $12 per person and reservations may be made at https://richlandswcd.net/event/conservation-creation-arts-crafts-workshop/.
