KEM announces the acquisition of Adaptive Engineering Group (AEG).
MANSFIELD — AEG was founded in 2016 by Matt Hasel, a lifelong resident of Northern Ohio. AEG has been providing civil engineering services for public and private clients including design, stormwater management, construction and municipal engineering for the past six years.
Brian McCartney President of KEM, stated: “Having known AEG Owner Matt Hasel for over 14 years, we understand the type of services AEG provides and that their corporate philosophy aligns perfectly with our approach to business.
We both believe that client satisfaction is the number one priority. Matt’s experience spans over 16 years, beginning at the Ohio Department of Transportation followed by an 8-year stint at KEM prior to forming AEG in 2016. The acquisition of AEG is a key link in KEM’s plan to expand services and continue to meet our client’s expectations.
Additionally, adding office space in the City of Lorain affords KEM the opportunity for additional growth. I can’t tell you how excited I am to have Matt back with the KEM family. It’s a tremendous opportunity for the KEM Team to grow and create new opportunities for our clients moving forward.”
