MANSFIELD — Love INC (In the Name of Christ) has launched its resale store “Fresh Start” at 115 Park Ave West.
Beginning the first week of January, this volunteer-led establishment officially opened its doors to the public. This newly renovated location features a “boutique” style setting for clothing and accessories, home décor, furniture as well as kitchen items, bedding, toys, and other furnishings for the home.
One hundred percent of the proceeds from Fresh Start go to the ministry of Love INC and allow it to continue offering assistance by following Christ’s example of valuing people in need.
Fresh Start revenue will help Love INC make strides towards the next steps of ministry by implementing a transformational ministry program. This vision involves offering classes for neighbors in need to attend that will cover a variety of topics.
From health to finances, nutrition to affirming a person’s self-worth to even parenting and marriage, we hope to engage people in all walks of life.
Fresh Start is currently open on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with hopes to expand hours once they add a store manager to the team. Donations can also be dropped off during these hours.
Love INC provides assistance by becoming a vehicle for partnering churches to “distribute their skills, gifts, resources, and love to communities in need” all done In the Name of Christ.
