MANSFIELD — Third Street Family Health Services will launch a mass drive-thru COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 600 West Third Street, Mansfield. The Moderna vaccine will be administered.
Anyone 18 and older and from any county are welcome to participate in this vaccine clinic. Appointed times for the vaccine will range from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 567-309-7188.
Third Street realizes this event is critical to ensure equity and access to Ohioans who might not otherwise be available during the weekdays. We’ll provide a safe, distant environment for those who do not wish to go inside a facility. Goodie bags will be handed out to all participants.
