RICHLAND COUNTY — The Richland County Engineer’s office has announced two upcoming road projects:
— Horning Road, between Millsboro Road and Ohio 309 in Sandusky Township, will be closed to thru traffic on Tuesday, March 23, between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Access for emergency vehicles and school buses will be maintained. Additionally, Lime Road will be closed at its intersection with Horning Road. No thru access will be available. The closure will allow for a culvert replacement at the intersection of Lime and Horning roads.
— In Madison Township, Annadale Avenue, between Ohio 545 and Fifth Avenue, will be closed for 30 days, beginning Monday, March 22. The closure will allow for a culvert replacement project, the engineer’s office said.
