MANSFIELD — Richland Public Health has COVID-19 vaccination appointments available this week for Wednesday, Thursday, and particularly Friday, according to an emailed press release from the agency.

Individuals in Phase 1C and Phase 2 (age 60 and older) may schedule their COVID-19 vaccinations by calling the Richland Public Health’s registration number: 866-395-1588.

Richland Public Health has the Moderna vaccine, as well as the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

As of Monday, RPH reported that 17,066 Richland County residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine, or about 14 percent of the county’s 95,000 adults. Statewide, Ohio has administered about 1.97 million doses, or about 17 percent of the adult population.
