MANSFIELD — The Ohio State University Mansfield is putting out the call for those interested in drama.
Auditions are Monday, Jan. 25 and Tuesday, Jan. 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. for the remote Spring 2021 theatre production Comic Shorts.
“After the year we’ve had, we all need a laugh,” said Joseph F. Fahey, Associate Professor and Director of Theatre. “These short comedies are written for a remote audience and will give us something to smile about. W
“We have parts for all ages, genders, and character types. Shows will be cast as short-term, flexible projects to accommodate actor schedules and the unusual lives we are all living these days.”
All rehearsals will take place via ZOOM.
Auditions consist of readings from the scripts. Prepared monologues are welcome but not required.
