MANSFIELD — Letters of interest and resumes are being accepted for appointment to become a Mansfield City Council at-large member.
The deadline to apply for consideration is Tuesday, Jan. 26. Letters and resumes should be sent to Bill Freytag at bfreytag@neo.rr.com.
A special meeting of the Richland County Republican Party Mansfield Central Committee will be Jan. 28 at 7:30 pm via Zoom to make the appointment.
The vacancy was created this week when party members selected Councilman David Falquette to fill the role of City Council president.
