Rosalie A. Adams, 82, of Shelby passed away December 19, 2020 at Shelby Hospital after a short illness.
Rosalie was born August 19, 1938 in Mansfield to Oliver and Marion Kinney Adams. She was a 1956 graduate of St. Peter’s High School and later retired from West Virginia Worker’s Comp office. Rosalie was a member of Mensa and Intertel.
Survivors include her children Deanne (John) Ross of Shelby, William Cox of Ashland; grandchildren Ryan (Kristen) and Dr. Tyler (Morgan) Ross, Jenny (Kathy) Scott and Jami (Mark) Geck, Christopher (Emily) Bond; 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Cindy Schieffer; brothers Buel T. Adams, Dr. David G. Adams and Francis Adams; a sister Dr. Rita G. Adams; and a grandson.
Per Rosalie’s request, no services will be held and she will be buried in Mansfield Cemetery.
Herlihy Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
