Guy M. “Bud” Pasheilich

MANSFILED: Guy M. “Bud” Pasheilich passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 in OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.  He was 81.

He was born June 2, 1939 in Mansfield to Peter and Winnogene (Spayde) Pasheilich and was graduated from Madison High School in 1958.

One year after graduation, Guy married his high school sweetheart, Joyce (Keiser) Pasheilich with whom he celebrated 61 years of marriage.

Guy worked as an electrician as a member of IBEW Local #688 for 63 years.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and he enjoyed connecting with people on Amateur Radio.  A licensed pilot he loved flying single engine planes.

He loved being outside doing yard work and restoring his antique tractor.  He also busied himself making jewelry.

Bud prided himself in caring for his wife and family.  He went the extra mile to let them know he cared for them, even in simple acts like making sure the tires were changed on the car.

He is survived by his loving wife Joyce Pasheilich of Mansfield, son Scott Pasheilich of Mansfield, daughter and son-in-law Dianna and Rich Compton of Mansfield; grandchildren Brittany Compton, Chris Pasheilich and Kyle Pasheilich; and two sisters Carol Pasheilich and Pamela (Brian) Teague both of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A private service for the family will be held at a later date.
