MANSFIELD — The Mansfield NAACP Voter Registration Committee is organizing “Souls to the Polls” rides to the Richland County Board of Elections.
Early voting is underway and the organization will provide rides to those who need transportation during early voting and also on Election Day on Nov. 3.
