MEDINA — The Holden Agency continues its growth with new agent, Allison Cassidy, joining the team.
Cassidy has been a lifelong resident of the greater Cleveland area, and currently resides in Medina, Ohio. She graduated from St. Joseph Academy and the University of Toledo.
Before joining The Holden Agency, she had a career as a pharmacist for over 16 years, although she always had a passion for all things “home.”
“I’ve always been interested in architecture, home decor, exploring neighborhoods, etc. I finally decided that the time was right to follow that passion and pursue a career in real estate.”
Cassidy’s time spent as a pharmacist provided her with the opportunity to work with and help individuals from all walks and stages of life. She enjoyed the ability to listen to them and provide her expertise, but even more so, developing relationships with those who came to the pharmacy.
“That was actually my favorite part of being a pharmacist; being a trusted member of the community that people came to and relied upon for an important service and building lasting relationships based on trust and care,” Cassidy said. “Communication, compassion, understanding and empathy are integral, and are still a focus in my real estate career.”
One of her primary motivations for joining The Holden Agency team is the family atmosphere and welcoming nature of the team.
“There’s something to be said for the ability to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. I’m hoping to provide that same atmosphere for my clients and bring a smile or a laugh to each day. I can’t wait to learn and grow as an agent.”

Outside of work, Cassddy loves spending time with her family; her husband, Patrick, her sons, Will and Beau, and their dog, Adelaide. She also enjoys traveling, tackling home improvement and decorating projects, taking walks and exploring new places and neighborhoods, and rooting on all of the Cleveland sports teams.
