According to the transfer record, the property was sold by AJM, LLC, GWM Real Estate, LLC, and BDS Holdings, LLC, to Amerco Real Estate Co.
According to the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, Amerco Real Estate Co. lists CT Corporation Systems in Columbus as its agent.
The property has been home to various big box businesses over the years, including Value City.
The location is designed as “big box/junior anchor” with 43,410 square feet in the larger space and 39,807 square feet in the smaller space.
A U-Haul business currently operates in the smaller space. The larger space appeared vacant on Monday.
