SHELBY — Pioneer Career and Technology Center is hosting “Welcome Week” Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursday from noon to 6 p.m.
Pioneer high school students are invited to visit the building, pick up schedules, have their picture taken for their Pioneer ID and pay school fees for the 2019-2020 school year.
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to visit the school’s website at www.PioneerCTC.edu prior to Welcome Week to complete the required student forms online.
If you do not have access to the internet, please come prepared with phone numbers and addresses of emergency contacts (including dentist, doctor, and hospital information.) Chromebooks will be available. Juniors will also have their hearing and vision screenings and should bring their glasses in appropriate.
Below is the preferred schedule students and parents should follow. Each Career-Tech lab has a scheduled day for this week. We certainly understand if you are unable to make the assigned day. Please feel more than welcome to choose one of the other two days that better fits your schedule.

If you are unable to make the assigned day for your program, you are more than welcome to choose one of the other two days that better fits your schedule. CollegeNow Students (CollegeNow Business Administration and CollegeNow Engineering Technology)—your fees will be determined on your orientation day, based on the college courses you are taking.
