ONTARIO — The 148-member Ontario High School Class of 2026 graduated Friday evening inside the O-Rena.
Ontario Superintendent Keith Strickler delivered a welcome address and high school principal Chris Smith shared the Class of 2026 acknowledgements.
Commencement speakers included Ontario seniors Emma Henderson and Eva Rietschlin
Several Ontario Local Schools staff members helped award diplomas, including Strickler, Smith, Brett Baxter, Jeff Fisher, Todd Friend, Amy Hiner, Jonathan King, Greg Nickoli, Mike Ream, Cathy Sapp and Heidi Zimmerman.
The high school’s commencement ceremony also included performances from the Ontario High School concert band and choir.
The class colors were blue and white and the class flower was a white rose. The class song was “Vienna” by Billy Joel.
