MANSFIELD — In March, the Transformation Network opened its fourth office to better serve Richland County businesses. The need to address the workforce issues, especially at the entry-level, in manufacturing has increased dramatically beyond regular staffing service capabilities.
Dan Phillip, president and founder of the Transformation Network, founded this organization on the premise that all people, regardless of socio-economic levels were created in the image of God to become a masterpiece. This approach has led to innovative and entrepreneurial solutions for any company with employees.
Regular business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“We will have a reception and mini-workshop for employers, free of charge in November, 2018,” Phillip said. “We plan to immerse ourselves into the Mansfield and Richland county community to serve and impact people from all walks of life and businesses needing solutions to a difficult workforce.”
Phillip founded the organization during his time as the Operations Manager at Park Street Brethren Church in Ashland in 1999. In July of 2019 Transformation Network will be celebrating there 20th year serving people in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
