MANSFIELD — Four men comprise this week’s list of Most Wanted fugitives in north central Ohio.
Christopher Ball, 29, is 5-foot-11, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he is wanted for a parole violation on an original charges of burglary and a minor in nudity-oriented material. He is also wanted for escape and failure to register (as a sex offender). Ball has ties to the Mansfield and Lexington areas.
Marvin Powell, 47, is 5-foot-8, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he is wanted for a parole violation, on an original charge of rape. He is also wanted for failure to register (as a sex offender). He has ties to Mansfield and New York.
Brandyn Garber, 22, is 5-foot-8, 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Officials say he is wanted for failure to register (as a sex offender). He has ties to Mansfield and Ashland.
James Ray, 40, is 5-foot-4, 135 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Officials say he is wanted for a probation violation for possession of heroin. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
