Rosanna (Snyder) Radcliffe, 91, of Mansfield, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 4, 2018.
Rosanna was born on Aug. 14, 1926, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to E. Elbert and Virginia E. (Dressler) Snyder. She was a member of Community Bible Church, where she was very involved, and enjoyed singing in the choir in her younger years.
Rosanna loved her family, and enjoyed having her grandchildren and great-grandchildren around. She married the love of her life, Billie Radcliffe, in 1946, and they were married for 63 years until his death in 2009.
She is survived by her two children, Connie (Monty) Owens and Rusty (Rhonda) Radcliffe, both of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Brent Owens, Savannah Rider, Sarah Radcliffe, and Sawyer Radcliffe; nine great-grandchildren, Veda, Olivia, Kristi, Mandy, Jaden, Natalie, Brooklyn, Bella, and Madden; and one sister, Helen Baker Shoemaker.
Rosanna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Billie; son, Randy Radcliffe; granddaughter, Monica Owens; two brothers, and one sister.
Calling hours will be from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Terry Zerby officiating. Burial will take place at Mansfield Memorial Park at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family has chosen for memorial contributions to be made to Fisher House Foundation, 111 Rockville Pike #420, Rockville, Maryland, 20850. Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military and veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital.
