Sarah Juanita Bradley, 84, passed away on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018 in OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness.

Mrs. Bradley was born Saturday, May 27, 1933 to the late George Collins and Willie Mae (Walker) Collins Roberts in Evergreen, Alabama and had lived in Mansfield the past 49 years. Sarah was a former employee of the Mansfield General Hospital, retiring in 1996 after 25 years of service. She was a member of the Oasis Of Love Church where she served as a member of the Usher and Mother’s Boards. Sarah enjoyed baking, shopping and traveling.

Sarah is survived by two sons: Charles “Butch” (Patricia) Bradley, Mansfield, and Elisha (Marna) Bradley, Jr., Columbus; seven grandchildren: Charles Bradley his fiancé Jessica Dennis, Gino Bradley, and Nikki (Burton) Hester, Columbus, Jelani Lawson Bradley, Cleveland, Troilyn Joy (Cleveland) Jackson, Montgomery, Alabama, Elijah G. Bradley, and Latasha (Jeremee) Butts, Mansfield; 28 great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren; three brothers: Ulysee (Juanita) Roberts of Tuskeege, Alabama, Willie George Collins, Palmdale, California, Lorenzo (Gertrude) Walker, Indianapolis, Indiana; four sisters: Phyllis Fountain, and Annie Scott, Pensacola, Florida, Ralphine Blakely, Detroit, Michigan, and Sally (K.C.) Brye, Indianapolis, step mother: Mattie Price, Pensacola; four goddaughters: Ashley Minard, Shayla Cochran, Cynthia Williams, and Bernice McRae, Mansfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her husband Elisha Bradley, Sr. in 2005.

Homegoing service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Oasis of Love Church with her pastor Dr. Walter E. Jordan, II officiating. Friends may call at the church beginning one hour prior to the funeral service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Mansfield Cemetery.

The family will also receive friends at the home of Sarah’s son and daughter-in-law Butch and Pat at 210 Hillside Dr. daily beginning Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m. until day of the funeral.
