Locust Corners Bulk Food & Deli Owner Wes Good takes pride in serving his customers and the Bellville community. Inventory changes and expands based on customer requests.
Wes and Lois Good started the store in May 2013. The Goods had wanted to open a bulk food store for many years.
“It seemed like God was opening doors for us to move ahead,” Wes Good said.
Locust Corners sells baking supplies, meal preparation ingredients, candy making supplies and basic groceries. Ice cream is available by the scoop.
The deli stocks many different lunch meats and cheeses from well-known suppliers.
Custom sandwiches, made-to-order meat and cheese trays, and deli salads are available. Customers can purchase Heffelfinger’s Meats.
Throughout the past four years the Locust Corners has grown, but its basic principles have not changed.
“We consistently pay attention to our customers’ needs,” Good said. “Our inventory changes as we endeavor to meet these needs.”
Good said Locus Corners provides personal service that larger stores cannot consistently offer.
“We have developed many friendships with our customers and enjoy that one-on-one interaction,” Good said. “We appreciate our loyal customers very much.”
