Carol Ann Hoskinson-Cady, 67, of Galion passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Oak Grove Manor in Mansfield.

She was born March 26, 1950 in Mansfield and was the daughter of Robert and Loretta Joan (Ortt) Stuff.

Carol was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and attended the New Life Assembly of God, Mt. Gilead. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 4329 and Ladies Auxiliary AMVETS Post 1979, both of Galion. Carol had a great sense of humor and was very witty. She loved singing karaoke and enjoyed crocheting and fishing.

Carol is survived by daughters Michelle (Robert) Powell, of Galion, and Tonia (Joe) Poth, of Mansfield; grandchildren Tyler (Brittany) Williams, Kevin (Krystal) Miracle, Zach (Amy Sheets) Miracle, Colton (Brittany) Williams-McCleese and Hunter Powell and great-grandchildren Kaylin Williams, Christopher Williams, Annabelle Williams-McClease and Jesse Sheets. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by daughter Wendy Zimmer, grandson Christopher Williams; sister Linda Ramey; step-father Robert Cornelius and her previous husband Frank Hoskinson.

The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833. A memorial service will follow starting at 2:15 p.m. at the VFW Post 4329, 229 South Market Street Galion, Ohio 44833 with Pastor Mark Schaeufele officiating.
