MANSFIELD — Trimble Road will reopen to local traffic on Thursday, June 29 at 6 a.m., according to mayor Tim Theaker.
Motorists are urged to use caution when travelling through the corridor, as construction is ongoing. Weather permitting, the project is scheduled to be completed by Sept. 17, 2017.
“Thank you for your patience while we work to improve our city streets,” Theaker said.
South Trimble Road between Marion Avenue and Cook Road is being widened from two to four lanes, with a fifth turning lane added at the intersections.
