Marjorie A. “Margaret” (Harold) Murray, 86, of Ashland, and formerly of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
Margaret was born on June 15, 1931, in Mansfield, to Joseph and Mary (Sentz) Herold. She was a member of Caesarea Baptist Church. She married the love of her life, Arnold “Cliff” Murray on Feb. 27, 1954, and he passed away on April 10, 2016.
She is survived by three children, Randy Sr. and Shelly Murray, Kim (Murray) Husbands, and Kathy (Murray) and Ken Rose, all of Mansfield; Seven grandchildren, Zachary, Lucas, and Stephanie Hockensmith, all of Mansfield, Jaimie Berry, of Perrysville, Sara Shultz, Randy Murray Jr. and Cody Murray, all of Mansfield; and six great-grandchildren, Daniel and Ben Hockensmith, of Mansfield, David and Ally Hockensmith, of Galion, and Alexis Camron and Liam Hensley, of Mansfield.
Along with her parents and her husband Cliff, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Joseph Murray; her sister, Helen Malthaner; and her brother, Steve Harold.
Calling hours will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Caesarea Baptist Church, 807 Taylor Rd, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow with Pastor Mike Workman officiating. Burial will be in Caesarea Cemetery. Werner Gompf Funeral Services, 1106 Park Ave East, Mansfield, is handling the arrangements.
