MANSFIELD — Richland Pregnancy Services (RPS) will host its annual “Steppin’ Out for Life” walk and 5K run on Saturday, June 24, rain or shine.
The event will take place at the Lexington Senior Community Center, B&O bike trail. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk/run starts at 9 a.m.
The walk and 5K run helps the agency to continue offering cost-free programs and services for women, men and families faced with an unplanned pregnancy. The funds generated will benefit both the main office and their satellite office on the campus of OSU/NCSC.

Once registered you can accept donations from family, friends, and co-workers. Early registration fee for runners is $25 before June 17, after that date the fee will be $30. There is no registration fee for walkers. Adults that raise $150 will receive a t-shirt and kids under 17 that raise $75 will receive a free t-shirt.
All race participants and supporters are invited back to the Senior Center for refreshments, award ceremony, door prizes and family fun activities.
For 30 years, Richland Pregnancy Services has assisted thousands of individuals in Richland County. RPS’ services include free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, fatherhood program, parenting classes and much more. The organization hopes to meet their goal of raising $30,000 in celebration of 30 years.
