BUCYRUS – Fourteen people were indicted after the latest session of the Crawford County Grand Jury.
Prosecutor Matthew Crall listed 14 cases with a total of 37 charges as of May 8. Three cases remain, with four charges to be served.
There were two cases in May with bonds set at $150,000, the highest of the month, both involving drug charges. Three additional cases had bonds set at $100,000.
The following people were indicted by a Crawford County grand jury:
• Jason Frank, fifth-degree felony possession of drugs, and first-degree misdemeanor possession of drugs, possession of drugs (MM), drug paraphernalia (MM)
• Zackery Newmeyer, possession of drugs (F5), drug paraphernalia (M4), resisting arrest (M2)
• David Burger III, possession of drugs (F5), drug paraphernalia (MM), possession of drugs (MM)
• Tia Crowden, possession of cocaine (F5), possession of hydrocodone (F5), drug paraphernalia (M4)
• Seth Horsley, possession of drugs (F5)
• Steven Conner, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (F3), possession of drugs (F5)
• Shawn Blankenship, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F3), gross sexual imposition (F4)
• Nicholas Biederman, possession of drugs (F5), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)
• Scott Feichtner, three counts of possession of drugs (F5)
• Melissa Loyer, two counts of possession of drugs (F5), endangering children (M1)
• Michael Friebel, two counts of improperly handling a firearm (F4), possession of tramadol (M1), two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (M4)
• Margarita Loll, tampering (F3), cultivation of marijuana (M4)
• Mario Villella, criminal non-support (child support)
• Aaron Adams, aggravated vehicular assault (F2), driving under suspension (OVI) (M1), operating a vehicle under the influence (M1)
