An abdominal aortic aneurysm is an enlarged area in the lower part of the aorta, the major blood vessel that supplies blood to the body which runs from the heart to the abdomen.

Updates on O’Leary’s condition will be released as they become available. Please keep him and the O’Leary family in your thoughts and prayers.

“I wish Tom a speedy recovery. Everyone at the city is keeping him and the family in mind. City operations will continue as normal,” City Council President Carl Watt said.
