Brenda Kaye Baldwin

Brenda Kaye Baldwin had an unshakable faith – especially during her year and a half courageous battle with cancer. Brenda, 62 of Galion passed away surrounded by her family Sunday evening, April 2, 2017 at Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital.

She was born Nov. 19, 1954 in Galion and was the daughter of the late Merril and Lenora (Jones) Price.

Brenda was currently working at Galion LLC and had been there for 28 years. She enjoyed reading, adult coloring and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Brenda volunteered with Fairway for over 42 years and enjoyed watching her brother Rickey participate with the Special Olympics. She also was a large sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project.

Brenda is survived by her children, Robbie (Becky) Baldwin, of Mentor, and Brandi (Robby) Granger, of Galion; her five grandchildren, Gabby Granger, Andrew Burlin, Aidan Baldwin, Adam Baldwin and Alex Baldwin; her three sisters, Rebecca (Leroy) Javens, of Iberia, Fannie (Roy) Sheets, of Galion, and Frances (Bob) Barker, of Iberia, and her brother, Rickey Price, of Galion. 

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 S. Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at Friday, April 7 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Kenneth Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
