Genevieve Ruth Boudinot went home to be with the Lord Monday, Aug. 15, 2016 in Willowood Care Center in Brunswick. She was 84.

She was born May 7, 1932 to parents Paul & Freeda (Kaufman) Grossman.

On March 15, 1952, she married Theodore Boudinot and they shared over 56 years of marriage until he passed away in 2008. Now they are together again.

Genevieve worked as a Teaching Assistant, where she worked for many years before retiring. She was also very involved in her church, Phoenix First Assembly, and was even a Sunday school teacher.

She is survived by sons Bernard (Gloria) Boudinot, of Chippewa Lake, Bruce (Virginia) Boudinot, of Brunswick, Neil (Dawn) Boudinot, of Medina, and Nathan (Kay) Boudinot, of Nova; daughter Rheta (Doug) Dudding, of Chandler, Arizona; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers Mark Grossman and Richard (Lois) Grossman as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her loving husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; son John Boudinot; sister Doris McAbee; grandson Jason Boudinot.

The Boudinot family will receive friends Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where a funeral service honoring Genevieve’s life will begin promptly at noon. Celebrant Jerry Wilson will speak. Burial will follow in Shauck Cemetery.
