Coney Island Diner makes a mean breakfast, too.
Jim Smith, who co-owns Coney Island Diner with his wife Cathy, prepared two different kinds of omelets–the corned beef hash and cheese omelet and the western omelet–in the latest “Fast Foodie” video.
Coney Island Diner is located at 98 N. Main St. Opened by a Greek immigrant in 1919 and moved to its current location in 1936, the restaurant serves classic American diner fare with a few contemporary favorites.
