Inez Bloomfield, 93, of Mansfield, died Monday, March 14, 2016 at Oak Grove Manor.
She was born Sept. 30, 1922 in Lewis County, Kentucky.
A homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Hull of Ontario; six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; three sisters, Rebecca Cool, of Ashland, Barbara Thompson, of Morehead, Kentucky, and LeAnn Clay, of Greenup, Kentucky; and numerous nieces, nephews and good friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Littleton; her mother, Letha (King) Clay; her stepfather, Douglas Clay; her husband, James C. Bloomfield; a son, James Cyrus; a sister, Delores Lykins; and three brothers, Hearl Clay, James Clay and Edgar Clay.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2016 at the funeral home conducted by Rev. Clifford Earl Tackett. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
