MANSFIELD – Richland Public Health is seeking the public’s help in locating a dog which has been implicated in the bite of a person. The dog is described as a German Shepherd like dog. The dog was wearing a collar and was last seen in the area of an alley near Ohio Street on Monday, March 7.
If the whereabouts of the dog is known, please call Richland Public Health immediately. Do not attempt to restrain the dog. If you know of a dog fitting this description or see one running loose fitting this description, please call Richland Public Health at 419-774-4500.
