Todd Gandee, 47, of Mansfield, passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015, after a long and courageous battle with Cystic Fibrosis and a double-lung transplant on May 9, 2011. He was born Nov. 5, 1968, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Larry O. Gandee and Mary Ledsome Gandee.

Todd was a graduate of Madison High School and attended Ohio Diesel School. He enjoyed working on anything with an engine. He was employed at Trigger Time Ohio and was a NRA-certified pistol instructor. Hunting, fishing, guns and watching NASCAR were favorite pastimes. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed playing jokes on people. Todd was a member of Bellville Free Will Baptist Church.

On May 23, 2010, he married Cynthia Cerreto who survives him. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Gandee; brother, Christopher (Lisa) Gandee; step-daughter, Meghan Milligan; brother-in-law, Tom (Jennifer) Cerreto; sisters-in-law, Debbie (John) VanRiper and Mary Cerreto; mother-in-law, Janet Cerreto; nephews, Ryan VanRiper and Anthony Cerreto; nieces, Rebecca Enright and Marissa Cerreto; and his special pets, Riley, Sweetie, Ellie, Jilly and Tigger.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry O. Gandee.

Friends and family are invited to visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, in the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. Additional visitation will be held in the Bellville Free Will Baptist Church, 294 Honey Creek Rd. East, Bellville, Ohio, Saturday beginning at noon, followed by the service at 1 p.m. Pastor Paul Staton will conduct the service. Burial will be in Lexington Cemetery.
