Octave Collard, 42, of Mansfield passed away June 18, 2015.
Octave was born February 13, 1973 in Shelby, Ohio to Octave and Vera Hayden Collard. He was a 1992 graduate of Crestview High School. He enjoyed low-rider trucks and music.
Survivors include his daughter Kayli Jacobs of Mansfield; sister Anita (Doug) Picheo of Mansfield, girlfriend Jessica Riffe of Mansfield; aunts and uncles Darlene Booker, Vicki & Fred Kirst, John & Suzella Smollen, Stella Phelps; cousins Tom Phelps & Heather O’Hanlan, Jody Booker, Frank & Becky Booker, Margaret & Bob Dujmovic, Gretchen Kirst & Juan Galvan, Talisa & Brian Swindle; and many other relatives.
Friends may call at Herlihy-Chambers Funeral Home, 173 Park Avenue West, on Saturday from 1-3 p.m. A memorial service will follow at the funeral home at 3 p.m. with Dallas Waggle officiating.
