BELLVILLE, Ohio–Two burglaries that occurred in the Bellville area on Friday appear to be related, according to reports from the Richland County Sheriff’s Office. The first occurred on Spayde Road and another took place on Mock Road.

Deputy Reggie Ganzhorn responded to Spayde Road for a burglary in progress on Friday.

Witnesses reported hearing loud noises coming from the victims’ house and provided a vehicle description to the Bellville police. A Bellville officer was able to stop the suspects’ vehicle. The victims’ property was found in the suspects’ vehicle.

When he arrived, Dept. Ganzhorn located signs of forced entry at the residence.

The stolen property included assorted jewelry and jewelry boxes, purses, a wooden document box, a 52-inch flat screen TV, assorted books, papers and photos; a 38 cal. Revolver, Sony Play Station, cell phone, shoes, prescription medicine, DVD player, and assorted other items.

The suspects, Adrian Gaver of Mansfield; Damon Lensman, of Mt. Gilead; and Anthony Queen, of Bellfontaine, were driving a 2001 black Pontiac van. They were charged with felony charges. The sheriff’s department collected wallets and identification, cell phones, drug paraphernalia, 38 ammo, and assorted tools from the suspects.

A Mock Road resident reported the theft of a set of tools, some coins, a watch, and pendant. The sheriff’s office determined that the suspects in the Spayde Road burglary are the same suspects in the Mock Road burglary and are charged with burglary and criminal damaging.
