Richland Academy’s 15th Annual Cabaret Show and Auction will be held Saturday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m. The show is one of Richland Academy’s biggest fundraisers for the year and will benefit the scholarship program.

Each year Richland Academy gives $25,000 or more back to students to help pay for tuition in dance, music, and art classes.

Elec Simon & Friends, along with 50 local children will kick off the auction with a special performance from their weeklong workshop “Drumming for Hope.”

The auction will also feature Richland Academy’s new corporate challenge, “So you think you can paint.” Representatives from local businesses will face off in a painting challenge throughout the evening. Their artwork will be auctioned off with the help of the auctioneer for the evening, Hershel Thomas, to the highest bidder.

Artwork by 20 local artists will also be exhibited for sale. Elec Simon & Friends will perform throughout the evening. The event also promises a few surprise performances.
