Edward Stephens, 81, of Bellville passed away February 6, 2015 at Country Meadow Care Center.
Edward was born on December 15, 1933 in Sayersville, KY.
He is survived by five children; Ed, Jeffrey, Suzie, Debra, and Tammy; four siblings; Delmer (Joyce), Melvin (Bobbie), Roy (Jill) Alsept, and Iva Jean (Henry Dean) Butler; and numerous grand-children, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Jessie Stephens; two daughters, Elizabeth Kay and Shirley Mae; one brother, Wally.
Burial will be in Stephens Cemetery in Kentucky.
