Betty Jane Raudabough-Zera

Betty Jane Raudabough-Zera, 78, lost her long, hard fought battle with cancer on January 11, 2015. Born April 12, 1936 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Chester William and Christine Wilma (Schuff) Fidler.

Along with her loving companion, Ronnie Zera, she was owner of the Roseland Tavern. She enjoyed camping and her sisters dog, Chelsea.

She is survived by her sisters, Diane (Ken) Harmon, with whom she made her home of Sheffield Village, Ohio, Clara (Lawerance) Shorter of Mansfield and Anna Ward of Mansfield; her children, six daughters and one son; numerous grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved companion for many years, Ronnie Zera; two brothers, Michael Hatfield and Chester Jr. Fidler; a brother-in-law, Gerald Ward, Sr.; and two nephews. 

Graveside funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2015 at Mansfield Cemetery conducted by Pastor Matthew Pond. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society.
