Jeanette W. Bidlack passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 in Lexington Court Care Center surrounded by her family. She was 93.
She was born April 12, 1921 to parents Raymond & Jessie (Hacher) Young in Berea, Ohio. After Jeanette was graduated from Bedford High School in 1939, she attended Business School in Cleveland.
In 1942 Jeanette served in the Marine Corp. during World War II. Working in aircraft maintenance, Jeanette was honorably discharged achieving the rank of sergeant in 1945.
Jeanette worked at Luria Brothers in the accounting department, where she worked for over 10 years until retiring.
In spare time, she took pleasure in sewing and volunteering for the American Red Cross Blood Drives, and the Disaster Relief Team.
She is survived by sons Robert James (Tammie) Bidlack of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and William “Bill” Bidlack of Mansfield; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Richard Young of Long Island, New York.
Although no public service will be held in Jeanette’s memory, her family hopes that you will hold her in your heart as you remember her in your own special way.
