Tyler A. Gregory, 27, of Crestline, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at his home.
Tyler was born in Galion on June 15, 1987. He is the son of James Danny Gregory of Crestline and Deb (Poole) Gregory and Tim Cline also of Crestline.
Tyler was a graduate of Crestline High School, Class of 2006. He was employed by the Edgar Trent Construction Company as a lineman. He was a member of the Richland County Fish and Game Association. Tyler enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was All Ohio in both baseball and football. He was proud of his one-year old daughter Kindsey Rae.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by: Tara Winters, his significant other and mother of their daughter, Kindsey Rae Gregory, his brother, Shannon and Heather Gregory, Crestline, his sister, Danielle Gregory and Jesse Jackson, Nova, his nieces and nephews; Kayla Gregory, Zach Gregory, Austin Gregory, Brooklyn Gregory, Morgan Gregory, Lance Gregory and Jessica Gregory, his aunts and uncles; Dianne and Terry Stumpf, Ontario, Denise and Jim Swanger, Crestline, Barb Poole, Crestline, his paternal grandmother, Thelma Gregory, Crestline, and his numerous cousins including his hunting buddy & cousin, Hunter Swanger.
He was preceded in death by: his brother, Jason Gregory, his paternal grandfather, Clifton Gregory, his maternal grandparents, Ava and James Poole, and his uncle, Darrell Poole.
Friends may call Thursday, January 15, 2015, from 4-8 p.m. at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, 223 West Main St., Crestline. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 16, 2015 at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline, with Deacon Bill Horning officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Crestline.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family or a Memorial Trust Fund for his daughter, Kindsey Rae, in care of the funeral home.
