Richland Public Health requests residents’ assistance in locating a dog which has been implicated in the bite of a person. The dog is described as a large stocky, short-haired brown or brindle pit of Rottweiler boxer mix. The dog was last seen in the area of Plymouth, Ohio on Dec. 20, 2014.
If the whereabouts of the dog is known, please call Richland Public Health at once and advise us of the location of the animal. do not attempt to restrain the dog yourself.
