Richland Public Health is offering a free hearing screening for adults on Dec. 8.

The hearing screenings are for individuals 18 years and older and will be held in the Public Health Nursing offices at the Health Department. Appointments are necessary.

Call 419-774-4540 to make an appointment.

“This is a free opportunity to establish a baseline for those that think they may have a potential hearing loss,” said Mary Derr, Public Health Nursing Supervisor at Richland Public Health. “If we detect hearing loss during the screening, we can suggest alternatives if further evaluation is needed.”

Flu shots will be available on the same date if individuals would like to schedule those as well.
