Bellville- Due to the installation of new water lines, the Village of Bellville is unable to construct its seasonal ice skating rink for the winter of 2014/2015
The village regrets the loss of the picturesque ice skating rink, but assures residents this temporary inconvenience is necessary for the permanent improvement of the water distribution system.
Within the next few weeks the water line will be installed on Church Street and cross South Park behind the War Memorial and flag pole to Main Street, where the ice skating rink is placed. After that, the ground will most likely be too frozen to construct the rink.
